Now, let's take a look at the E-handling technology first applied to TUCSON Hybrid.
Through torque control of the electric motor, Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid dramatically improves handling performance at corner-in and vehicle stability at corner-out.

[Corner-in] Improve steering responsiveness by using the electric motor in the following steps.
1) Give more greater traction on the front tires with the braking force being created by a negative torque on the electric motor rotating slightly backward.
2) Enhance steering responsiveness by using the front lateral force.
[Corner-out]
Improve cornering stability by using the electric Motor in the following steps.
1) Give more greater traction on the rear tires with the accelerating force being created by a positive torque on the electric motor rotating forward back again right after you corner in.
2) Enhance vehicle stability by using the rear lateral force.
